Customer in Context: Prioritizing the End-User Through Responsive Innovation
Many of the biggest challenges facing communities across the globe today involve barriers to access and inclusion. Innovative ideas hold the potential to widen access and to open economies, but innovation is meaningless if it is not responsive to the end user’s needs. Today, more than ever, the ability to approach innovation from a customer-driven perspective is critical to a successful and adaptive enterprise. This year, the Tufts Innovation Symposium will place YOU, the customer, in the driver’s seat to develop a comprehensive framework for inclusive innovation.
Last year our conference focused on strategies for bringing great ideas to scale. The second annual Tufts Innovation Symposium will:
- Explore tools for contextual design
- Evaluate the policies and organizational environments that make innovation possible
- Analyze how the sharing economy, created for and by the customer, is transforming current approaches to consumption, access, and inclusion
Hosted by: The Institute for Business in the Global Context, The Institute for Global Leadership, and The International Business Club at The Fletcher School at Tufts University, Medford, Massachusetts, USA
